About Boreal Property Services
Local Knowledge. Professional Oversight. Peace of Mind.
Boreal Property Services was founded to give homeowners and cabin owners something invaluable while they are away – a trusted local presence.
Whether you’re away for a weekend, an entire season, or spending the winter down South, your property deserves regular attention. We provide professional Home Watch visits, detailed documentation, and proactive communication to help identify small issues before they become expensive problems.
Our goal is simple: protect your investment and give you confidence that someone local is looking after your property as if it were their own.
Meet the Owner
Boreal Property Services is owned and operated by Rob Devin, a Duluth-area professional with decades of experience in emergency services, facilities management, maintenance operations, and property oversight.
That background means understanding how to recognize problems early, coordinate repairs, communicate clearly, and pay attention to the details that others often overlook.
Every Home Watch visit is performed with professionalism, consistency, and a commitment to protecting your property.
